Customer-service messaging

Xertzy LLC d/b/a Insulate You offers optional text messages about estimate requests, appointment scheduling and project updates. This opt-in does not enroll you in promotional campaigns or other businesses' messaging programs.

Consent and frequency

Choose the optional SMS checkbox on our estimate form to request service texts to the mobile number you supply. The checkbox is not preselected and is not required to request an estimate or purchase services. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and project. Message and data rates may apply. You must be the number's subscriber or authorized user.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, call (870) 322-9802 or email finance@insulate-you.com. You can request service without texts.

Delivery and availability

Messages are subject to carrier availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texting is not an emergency service. Program activation is subject to carrier approval; submitting consent does not guarantee an immediate text.
